Founder & Lead Designer
A true New Orleanian, Rachel was, what-you-could say, born to be in the hospitality business. But if you need to know the credentials, she also holds a Bachelors Degree in Hotels, Restaurants, Tourism with a Concentration in Event Planning.
Through her 10+ years of experience, she has a Rolodex of vetted connections and successful collaborations with other industry experts and vendors across the country.
Rachel especially has extensive knowledge in the LGBTQIA+ community, as she identifies as a part of the community.
Honoring Diversity and Inclusion are two of Rachel’s top purposes in life.

She’s creative, has intuition, and above all, determined.
She has a decade of experience in all areas of the event planning industry under her belt – from catering/bar, rentals, venue management…you name it, she’s done it.

Paige Held, She/Her
Event Planner & Chief of Operations
Paige hails from Kenner, Louisiana (aka Kenna Brah!). With six years of experience in the financial industry, she honed many skills in which she was able to transfer into the event planning space.
Paige thrives in the space where creativity meets execution. She ensures all operations and finances are strategic and fluid in motion.
On event days, you can find her ensuring all things production run smoothly.
Things you should know about Paige:
She’s quick on her feet handling crises or any issues at hand.
She’s a jack-of-all-trades, truly - will do it with grace & no sass ;)
An ultimate team player & hype person.

Elena Leigh, She/Her
Associate Wedding Planner
Los Angeles native, Elena Leigh has over 7 years of experience in hospitality, catering, and management, and 3 years in digital media marketing and layout design.
She is all about the details! She loves obsessing over tiny things that people might not even notice to make a completely seamless and immersive experience.
Elena has always loved creating events because she’s able to make memories that will touch many people for years to come. Seeing all the pieces come together is a magical moment for her.
